I am so excited to finally have a surgery date! Although, finding foods that I can eat after this surgery was a little less exhilarating. Any advice?

wow, thanks Kris! I dont see a difference yet, but everyone keeps saying they do, so there must be some difference. I actually think my camera makes me look thinner than I am!
I’m glad you decided to make videos! I just started watching them, and I am kind of working my way through. You’re fun to watch. I’m excited to get to know you better, and share support in this journey. We all need each other! I think this is one of the keys to success! p.s. I think I really notice a big difference in your face so far (watching your most recent video in comparison to this one) – yay you!
Kroger sells CarbMaster yogurt which is a good low carb, low sugar option for early post-op foods. I ate stuff like scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, canned tuna or canned chicken, sugar free ice pops, sugar free jello. Hope this list helps;)
Donna:)
How exciting that you have a surgery date. I’m actually going to have the lap band done as well. On Thursday March 4th I’ll be going in for my Upper GI Endoscopy. I’m nervous. I pray that this will be the answer to my weight loss problem. Good luck to you as well
Thanks! Now, if only I can get insurance on board!
Way to go on getting a surgery date!!!
