Lap Band Journey – Week 2 Post-Op


Week 2 after lap band surgery. Feeling GREAT! Surgeon’s office today, exercise and thank goodness…MUSHIES!!!

    I totally feel you on that one! I ate some chicken salad (very well chopped) yesterday and it was fantastic! Don’t worry, you’ll be there soon enough

    things are going well! I am happy with my progress and it is encouraging to know that once I start my exercise I will see even more results and feel better to boot! Congrats on your success as well, I continue to follow your journey :-)

    I do eat cottage cheese by itself, I think it is wonderful…not sure why, haha :-) Good luck, your surgery day approaches!!!!

    Whitney. OMGracious – Two weeks. That has flown! Great to hear about your 15 pounds! You and I weigh almost exactly the same today!! I am at 260 down from 266! Too cool! Good for you! Do you eat cottage cheese by itself? I have never been a big fan, but know it is really good for us with the Lap Band. Hope the exercising goes well.
