my guess is that is was not the consistency of the food, but the calories of the foods. phase 1 and 2 are low, low, low calorie intake. i have found whenever i add in food after liquids (after a fill) that i see a slight gain or no change. FOLLOW THE RULES – they are the way to live. great info in this video. this whole process is a learning game. hang in there and remember you are going to WIN at this game. Congrats on getting your body moving. . .it will really make an impact in your game.
