If you want to get past this point, I would suggest adding more exercise. Diet alone will only go so far and in order to survive, your body will start to loss fat and muscle mass…not what you want if the goal is to lose weight. If you want to lose fat, you have to gain muscle first…thus, more calories burned when you are not exercising. I don’t know what kind of shape you are in, medical conditions, age, or I could add more but it is about being active. If you are, you will see more results.

I’ve been eating healthy foods, & dancing a few nights of the week in my room, & I’ve lost 11 lbs & cannot get past that point. I eat only low calorie foods & have shrunk my stomach with what I can eat because I changed my portion sizes, But I cannot lose more than 11 lbs and it’s really stressing me out, Shay keeps me motivated to not give up like I always have before, I just wish I knew how to get past this point! My goal is to run in a half marathon next year.

I lost 50 pounds last summer and I did the exact samething shay did.
Low calorie intake and lots of cardio. (jog every night for 45 minutes)
